Tight Rental Market in Bli Bli

Ray White Bli Bli have been inundated with rental inquiry in Bli Bli over the past three (3) months, a real sign that renting in Bli Bli and more broadly the Sunshine Coast, is becoming increasingly competitive.

Principal of Ray White Bli Bli, Ed Hackenberg stated, “only yesterday (29/1/15) we had 48 prospective tenants enquire on a 4 bedroom house in Parklakes (Bli Bli) which resulted in 30 people attending a single viewing. “

Ray White Bli Bli’s landlords are over the moon with the recent trend, the property management department is ensuring that the rental prices achieved are meeting a very competitive market.
