Ray White Bli Bli – A year in Review

By Madison O'Mara
“Within the Ray White Group our calendars reset on 1st July, 2022. The past year (2021/2022) was by far the biggest year for our market, in both its size and our market share 38%, which is unprecedented.
The business was recognised as an Elite business within the Ray White Group, across metrics including customer service, number of sales and market share. We had received in the vicinity of $600 million (more than half a billion dollars) in offers across all stock. Our numbers across our Open Homes were greater than our competitors, with one actually asking, “How do you do it?” With high market share, there is literally no buyer in the market that we are not engaging, allowing us to direct them to our stock.
Our administration team, personal assistants, and sales associates have been amazing, allowing us to smash out 3 Personal Best months for the agency over the past 12 months. There have been so many street records!
The team had an edge over our competitors, pivoting extremely well with new technology provided by the Ray White group.
Our Property Management team has been incredibly busy. The team’s professionalism shone through, working in a very tough market with unprecedented rental demand. The amount of inquiry per property was mind blowing.
We had some agents accomplish some amazing new milestones. Natasha Hackenberg – Ray White achieved Chairman’s Elite status (a first for Ray White Bli Bli), Rachel Meyers – Ray White achieved Elite status for the first time. Greg Clarke Ray White, Tony Bennett and Cameron Hackenberg – Ray White achieving Premier status.
We are always humbled by the community support we receive, and we will continue to support our local community and surrounding areas clubs, schools and committees – Bli Bli United FC, Bli Bli Little Athletics Centre, Bli Bli Community Association, Bli Bli State School, Good Samaritan Catholic College, Blue Care, and Wishlist.” – Ed Hackenberg, Principal
